There is nothing more cheerful than some beautifully colored flowers in a dainty vase. It’s a easy way to bring some romance into your room, and into your mood. Lately I have been on the hunt for the perfect set of vintage vases, and I only need to find one more to complete my set of 5. I plan to fill them with gorgeous roses and place them on my windowsill. Even if you can’t afford to keep up real flowers (or you don’t want to!), buy some realistic silk roses! That’s what I am going to do. It will still bring the color and joy to your room, and you don’t even need to water them. And once in a while, as a treat to yourself, replace one of your silk roses for a real one, and relish the fact that you have a beautiful and feminine flower living in your window.
